Easy Management of Customer Relationships

The customer registry consists of user accounts from Pusatec webshop, entries made in our POS system and Pusatec Portal, as well as sales and visitor data. Customers can be either individuals or organizations, such as clubs, associations or companies. Customer management and search via Portal is easy and efficient.

Customer Communications and Consents

Our customer communication feature allows you to send messages via email or SMS to specific customer segments such as customers who visited on a certain day or customers from a specific postal code. The system includes management of communication consents: messages are only sent to customers with right permissions.

New Possibilities with Customer Accounts

Organization accounts can create facility bookings for groups they manage, granting the members automatic access rights. Individuals can link a tag (e.g. a wristband) to their account, and all their tickets and bookings are automatically registered to that tag. Products can also be restricted only for registered users.
