The solution we provided works in the following way. The staff first informs the patient that their supplies are ready for collection via the patient information system. The patient is also sent a collection code from the same system. The staff then puts the care supplies in the locker and uses our Locker.fi service to create a delivery for the collection code. The patient enters the collection code at the locker and retrieves their care supplies.
This approach does not require integration with the patient information system or storing customer information within our system. This makes the solution optimal in terms of data protection strength and ease of implementation.
