In this article, we will line out the possibilities and benefits our CRM system offers.
Who is Pusatec CRM suitable for?
Our CRM functions are ideal for municipalities and sports services, spas, sports centers and sports entrepreneurs. Pusatec CRM is designed to work seamlessly with our other solutions, so its use is especially recommended for our customers that already use Pusatec’s POS and booking systems.
Additionally, if an organisation already uses Pusatec solutions, Pusatec CRM implementation is smooth and fast. The CRM functions will be available in the same Pusatec Portal management software that is already used for managing our other solutions.
Streamline self-service sales, invoicing and access control
With Pusatec CRM, managing customer relationships is easy. The system can be used to manage both individual customers and customer organisations. The customer register consists of customer accounts created on the POS, accounts manually entered into Pusatec Portal, or accounts created by users themselves through Pusatec Webshop. In Pusatec Portal, customer accounts can be managed and searched for using versatile search criteria and filters. Customer accounts can also be added, searched for, and edited from our POS system.
Customer accounts offer benefits to both individual customers and organisations too. Individual customers can attach an identifier to their account, such as a wristband, to which purchased ticket products and reservations are automatically registered. Organizations, in turn, can create groups and manage their members and the identifiers used by the members. The organization can then make bookings for a specific group, in which case all members of the group will receive access rights for their identifiers for that reservation. This is a convenient tool for managing access rights for sports classes for example. Moreover, it is easy to attach billing information to organizations. This makes invoicing for sports clubs' facility bookings effortless. Purchasing on invoice for organisation users is also very straightforward and easy.

Customer communication and permission management made easy
Our CRM funtions allow you to send text or email messages to selected customer segments. This can be used for both informing as well as marketing. The recipients of the message can be filtered based on, for example, sales history or postal code. This way, customer communication tools could send an info email to customers who purchased a ticket at a certain time, for example, or a marketing SMS about an upcoming event to customers living in a certain area.
The system ensures that messages are only sent to customers who have given the necessary permissions. Privacy is also taken care of: when sending messages, you cannot see who the message is being sent to, only the number of recipients is visible.
More possibilities for self-service sales
Customer accounts also bring new possibilities for self-service sales with our systems. In Pusatec Webshop, products can be limited to be visible only to registered customers and, for example, only to those belonging to a specific customer organization. To increase control over purchases, strong user authentication can also be made mandatory.
