Pusatec Session Booking is the newest addition to our versatile range of booking systems. It allows our customers to make group exercise classes, dance lessons, or educational sessions available for booking through our Pusatec Webshop.
Users make session bookings in our intuitive and responsive webshop solution, Pusatec Webshop. Payment is made upon booking, and our system has flexible support for various payment methods: online payments, ePassi, Suomi.fi, payment serial tickets. It is even possible to settle the payment with the customer's monthly or seasonal memberships.
Upon booking, the customer receives a QR code via email, which can be used for access control. By scanning the QR code at our reader, the customer gains entry to their session. These QR codes are personal and valid only for the duration of a single booking.
Users can also create a customer accounts in Pusatec Webshop. Whenever the customers buy tickets or memberships or make bookings, these are automatically registered to their customer account. Users can also attach an identifier, for example a wristband, to their account. Then, all their tickets and bookings will be automatically registered to that wristband for easier use and access control.
Administrators manage hourly reservations from our Pusatec Portal management tool. Here, creating hours is easy, and the system also provides hourly participant lists and comprehensive reports. If you also use Pusatec Course Booking, it is easy to add separately bookable drop-in places for sale to the courses you have created.
Our session booking system is suitable for a wide range of different organizations. It is particularly suitable for municipal sports services, dance studios, gyms and educational centers.
Implementation is particularly easy and smooth for organizations that already use our booking systems or Pusatec Webshop. Management takes place within the familiar Pusatec Portal software too.

The first to implement the new Pusatec Session Booking was Tanssikoulu Å. Located in Kakola, Turku, this dance school handles course registrations, payments, and drop-in class sales through their Pusatec Webshop store. Thanks to the synergy between our course and session booking systems, drop-in spots could be made available for booking as soon as the courses were created.
